Thomas “Trey” Brownfield, a lifelong resident of Louisiana and devoted family man, has dedicated his life to serving the Slidell community. With over a decade of residence in Slidell, Trey has demonstrated his commitment through various leadership roles and community initiatives.
As a loving husband to his wife, Gabby, and a proud father of two, Trey embodies the values of integrity, hard work, and community spirit. His entrepreneurial spirit emerged early in life, leading him to start multiple businesses and earn a degree in Business Administration. Today, Trey successfully owns and operates two small businesses, contributing significantly to the local economy while actively participating in community development.
Trey’s dedication to Slidell extends beyond his business ventures. He has served as the Director of Keep Slidell Beautiful, earning the Outstanding Director of the Year award in 2021. As a City Councilman for District F, Trey has been instrumental in upgrading park equipment, securing police funding with tax breaks for homeowners, and introducing measures to promote community cleanliness and safety.
His volunteer work includes mentoring teens, supporting local charities, and serving on various boards such as the East St Tammany Business Alliance and Keesler Federal Credit Union Community Impact Board. Trey’s unwavering commitment to Slidell, recognized by numerous awards and accolades, highlights his vision for a thriving, united community built on conservative values and proactive leadership.
